Delivery & Set up:
Orders that require equipment pick-up will include an additional charge of at least $15 per pick-up.
Warm menu items will be delivered at appropriate temperatures: Some items may require additional or extended heating on site.
Disposable chaffing Dishes can be purchased for $10 each. Chrome Chaffing Dishes can be rented for $22. Please keep in mind that if warming from room temperature some selections may require over an hour to heat when using a chaffer.
The Ranch can send servers, chefs, bartenders, or coordinators to your event if it so pleases you. We suggest a service staff for all occasions of thirty five or more when serving hot foods.
Delivery Schedule:
The ranch may deliver your order hours before your event. Our foods will be delivered in packaging that will maintain maximum freshness and will be ready for consumption. Remember that some food may need to be warmed.
Each order will contain black plastic plates, high grade plastic utensils, and napkins. If requested The Ranch can arrange for ceramic plates, glassware, fine china, linens, chairs &tables for a rental charge.
Payment
The Ranch requires 50% Deposit at the time of booking and 100% payment before delivery.
For your convenience The Ranch accepts Visa, Master Card, Check Cards, American Express, as well as cash.
Quality takes time, so we may have to refer you to another catering source if we don’t receive a minimum of 7 day advance notice prior to your event. However, it is our desire to be recognized as a company that cares & can make it happen. Therefore, we will do our best to do just that. Just ask.
